There was only one problem, the estimated wait time was 1:30 - 2 hours. It took 2 1-2 hours. I was on a tight time line so that was a bit of a problem for me. However, your customer service greeter was terrific and helped me get a cup of hot water. I do have two recommendations for an improved experience: (1) I highly recommend proving more comfortable accommodations next to power outlets for people that need to work on their devices since the average stay may be longer than battery life; (2) some sort of coffee service even if it’s a machine for the 7am crowd. Otherwise, the staff was polite and appeared happy, and the price was great!
