I came here to switch tires, and the only reason I accept this high price($700 for two cheapest tire and alignment) is because I believe dealer are more professional and reliable to my car(2019 Camry)
Sadly after they say job is completed, I found the car psi shows my front left tire pressure is low (other three are 39, this one is 32). I went back twice and tell them the problem, they failed to fix it and telling me its the senser sometimes slow and give it time to let it fit. I gave it 24hours and drive around to see if it gets better, but it’s become more weird, the low pressure tire suddenly switched to rearleft tire on my car screen.
I googled to see if anybody had same problem, and the first answer is after you did tire rotation, you must reset psi system so the psi system will learn, otherwise it will keep consider the tire remains on old position.
Yep tomorrow I went back to dealer and ask them to fix the problem, Gordon still trying to convince me that my senser has problem it’s memory is bad etc. After I told him what I found on the google, they finally fixed my car.
You guys are Toyota dealer work with Toyota vehicles whole day and you can’t figured out this simple issue?
I went back three times, and I’m not sure they’ll fix the problem if I didn’t tell them the answer. Or they just trying to convince me to get a new senser.
Either the mechanic is low on the knowledge or they just trying to convince me that my senser is broken. Neither is good, you guys are the first dealer I got with this problem, it’s a very basic stuff. I will not comeback and not letting any of my friends and family ever doing business with this place.
