Toyota service was great as usual, not amazed but can’t complain at all. This time though, I have to say that there was a guy who greeted me who was amazing. I went in for a quick oil change service and he was the first person I met, I think his name was Nam, not sure if Chinese or Korean but definitely Asian, forgive me if I’m wrong. He welcomed me with a big smile and was in charge of taking the mileage, pictures of the vehicle, and signatures needed to get me going. He made sure my address and personal information on file were correct, which they were not, and also taking care of myself offering water since it was a really hot day. I received a 10 stars customer service experience BY HIM, he was very up to standards, and yet very nice and friendly. That is how it should be. Thank you.

Very bad service today. . You can forget to install the glove compartment back to my car which is the item on the service order and I paid for it. This is the first time I used your service and I’m afraid and will never go back for your service.

I left satisfied, just not COMPLETELY satisfied as the question asked. Reason, I almost left the facility and my tires properly rotated as requested. Fortunately, this customer labeled his tires and was able to audit the work. This vehicle has a spare tire, however, the tire pressure was not inflated at all. Although all was resolved, spare inflated, tires swapped, I spent extra time to dispute, plus the time for the correction. Now, if there was a scale of 1 to 5, I’d give a 4 for todays visit. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t awesome either. Unfortunately, you have a yes/no question. Have a good evening.

Understaffed in service department with unreasonable wait times, while there are at least 15 workers in the front of the dealer entrance (all men) having drinks, laughing, chatting, maybe tailgating? Not a good look for what should be a professional setting. Also, provide some coffee, or candy perhaps while clients are waiting for hours. Definitely will not come back nor recommend to family and friends. Such a shame! I hope it gets better for your future customers.
