I am always happy with your customer service. I usually like to ask for Todd but I needed my car served quickly. Gordon was awesome. Unfortunately I did have to do more work to car than expected but happy that I was informed about the problem.

Did not get to meet Jason Phisher when I checked in. He was out at lunch, but Isaac Perez was kind enough to assist me. He was very helpful. When I went to pick up the car, I went to check in with Jason. All he said was “go to the cashier to get the paperwork and the car.” When I requested information about the service they did the cashier called for Jason to assist me, but again he was out on lunch. So I decided to ask someone else, and again the person that assisted me was Isaac Perez.
Not a very welcoming Consultant that Jason Phisher, towards the customers from my experience.
