Same situation with no action to correct. You wouldn’t want me to give you anything less when a honest response.
Simply, why do your salespeople think that their ‘job specs’ require them to literally run up to me from a standing position to get my attention. Bringing my car in for service and attempting to enter the service door before being bothered is getting old! It’s harassment and its unwelcome behavior. I want it stopped!! This may be just be something that requires my attorney’s full attention. Where is the professionalism. My only regret was I did not get your salesperson name and walk him in to you. Call me at ****-****-xxxx landline. Do not email or text me. I sure this complaint will go unnoticed or answered with a standard reading response. Just fix it!!

I was very pleased on how detailed my report of inspection came out. I appreciate it so much. Omg I forgot the first gentle man greeted me when I pulled in the service department he’s an Asian guy very very nice. My service advisor was also very nice Elias Ramon. I also want to give a shout out to Irma the clerk. She’s such a nice person. Also the gentle man that gave me my car back, I didn’t get his name but also so nice. Amazing service Wonderies Toyota!!!! I know how hard it is to work in customer service sometimes and everyone killed it today! To the management team you guys are doing great by keeping employees like them. Also giving the management team that shout out! I will be coming back.
