The staff here are doing a great job, but today, I went to get regular maintenance, it kept me waiting 2 and a half hours for the maintenance service, even though I was not supposed to have an oil change this time, just tire rotation and check something else, this is the first time, I have waited this long period of time, I know it’s Saturday, maybe a little busier, but this was not my first time that have the service on Saturday. This is the only thing, I feel that it could be better, the reception staff at the counter is perfect though. Thank you, hopefully it helps.
