Jason was courteous and professional. I asked for an estimate on getting a factory rack for my Rav4, and what I got was not a clear and legible quote. I cannot tell what the total is expected to be. To see some better wording saying "total of materials and labor is $___.__" Would be understandable. What I got would need to be explained in person.

My service advisor was not the one who was on my appointment. I was told I had Di, but Gordon did my check in because Di wasn’t available? I don’t know the difference. After waiting for almost three hours, I approached the advisors station and Ramon was kind enough to help me. Apparently my car had been done, but nobody had done the paperwork to get me to be able to check out. I left and took my paper to the pick up area and somehow again I was waiting for my car as the two people behind me got their cars way before. I don’t know what the misconnect was with my service today but it was enough for me to want to try another place for my service.

I had an appointment at 7am and didnt leave until like 9:45am. Took to long for a regular maintenance service and my representative didnt know my car was ready until i went to ask for am update.

I drive the car a few miles and the maintenance light appears…Now, I have to bring the car back to find out how to resolve this.
What a waste of time. Could have been better served if someone had just tested the vehicle before contacting me to pick it up.
