My grandson was shown that the air condition filters were dirty, but no word about cleaning it, the wincher wipers where done and need it to be replaced and it was not done????

The overall experience was ok. From checking in the car to picking it up. I was very disappointed that I couldn't get a ride back to my house once finding out that it would take a few hours for my car to be ready. No vanpool, the Uber system was down and even if it was available, it only covers one way. I came in for a nail in my tire.
