Confirmed my appointment, arrived at 745 and checked in, wasn’t helped until 8:15, the person who checked me in was really polite and apologized for the delay. Showed to me Angelo and he didn’t even acknowledge that fact that he didn’t help me or apologize for the delay. Also when he called me to tell me that my car was ready, he left me a voicemail and called me a “MR”. I am a female and he wouldn’t have known if he looked and acknowledged me in the first place. I understand delayed and things gets busy. But really.

Although Toyota found the issue, the price to repair was insanely high and not affordable. Service agent Kanika was extremely helpful. She kept me updated on the progress of and sent me the video of my vehicle inspection. She also called to find out if the repair was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I was very impressed with her professionalism.

The end result was good but I was told my car ready. I got a ride to the dealership, paid for the car and they brought it down. Started it up and there were 3 warning messages on the dash. None when I brought it in. They gave me a free car rental and kept it another day. It's fine now but they shouldn't have said it was ready. Thanks

Only thing that I wasn’t satisfied with was that they forgot to reset the maintenance reminder message. It still goes on when I start the car.,other than that , excellent service.,entire service was done in about an hour, everyone from the greater , to the service adviser to the cashier were great.,
