I came in for a service. My Venza indicated that I needed service and an oil change. When I picked up my car and drove away: the message in the dash still indicated that I needed service. I went back to have the indicator reset. I questioned what had had happened. After about 10 minutes I was told that I actually did not need an oil change. Does not make sense to me. The cars don’t lie.

To whom it may concern. It was a 10000 thousands miles service . where they do Rotate the tires however they did not títere the tire. I mark the from tire as an evidence. Tire was in the from when pick up the car. Neither top off all the fluid. I always service all mar cara there but I’m not trusting then anymore Alhambra dearer service is loosing credibility. Horrible service felt under attack to get my car serviced when all I wanted was a simple code. Just let people be I know they need to make a sale but some people already have a plan don’t like being pressured I’m sure I can say that for everyone.

Upon picking up my car I heard a noise which sounded like a dragging chain. I immediately return to the dealership and asked if someone could take a look at it. My car was looked at for about 10 minutes and then return to the staging area just outside the office. I walked outside, and the employe, name unknown, ignored me and walked right past me. I stood outside, looking through the glass, and nobody seem to care that I was standing there in bewilderment, because I was ignored, and was not told if there's anything wrong with my car. I told the young man that walked right past me and ignored me, that was my car, and he did not seem to care, that I was making inquiries. I walked inside the office and end up speaking to the technician, who sat behind the counter, and the employee who ignored me, was standing next to him. The technician told me that the other employees in the garage could not hear what I had heard. He offered for the same employee who, ignored me, to accompany me on a test ride. I said no, I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service displayed by the young man who walked past me and ignored me, when I was explaining what it happened to the technician employee who ignored me simply said "That's not my ticket." This is a serious lack of customer service, and it was a parent of the employees we're not interested in solving the new noise. When I got into my car, I realize that the air conditioning was left on therefore it is very unlikely that there was a serious attempt to diagnose the source of the unknown noise. The employee was rude by ignoring me, and I felt that customer ratification is not a priority with Wondries Toyota of Alhambra.

I brought in my car with a check engine light. It's a one year old Camry hybrid. Apparently it had run low on fuel and that trigger to check engine light. I guess I should have taken it to a different place but I usually try to follow the instructions and ended up costing me $180 to have that checked. Money is tight for me right now and to get an unexpected $180 bill for something like this felt like a real bummer.
