The car was dropped off for normal servicing in addition to a concern we had, which was that the car was vibrating a lot more at higher speeds ever since we had to replaced the rear right tire after getting a flat. The car continues to vibrate at higher speeds. I checked the service report and it looks like the tires were rotated but not balanced. The balancing probably would have solved the issue but instead the reports said everything was fine
