First of all, Isaac did an amazing job all the way through, beginning to end. I have no comments for him other than he should never change a thing.
However, I did not receive my vehicle the same way when I left it at the dealership. The front mat was thrown in the back, there were pretzels on the floor where the mat was supposed to be, and the front passenger seat and backseat were DIRTY.
I keep a clean truck and now I have dirt stains on my seats. Also, someone ate in my truck. I am not happy and this is unacceptable.
