Nelson was nice no problem but the damn wait is so ridiculous I waited 7 damn hours and u had an appointment at 7:45am yes I had added services but still no damn excuse then I get home and a few of my service lights turn on due to a small mistake but it was still an inconvenience to me cuz I was home already and had to go back to the dealers. Too expensive and I honestly feel they just say cars need this and that for the money not cuz it really needs it. I know that for a fact!!! In the years that I have been taking my car there today the wait was ridiculous no matter what I feel the workers don’t care as long as they r getting paid sorry but that’s just the way I feel and I am almost positive there is others that will agree. Although I am super grateful u guys fixed whatever my car needed thank u for that but the wait and prices are ridiculous

Wu Di owns a good name,which prefers to an always-best human being in Chinese. He is friendly,gave me lots of actionable information. I also appreciate that his colleagues talked with me, even though for practicing my English. The receptionist from Vietnam,the service writer who stands near waiting area,the sales who walks around Prius show car,the Chinese man who said he was just a small potato etc.
