Gordon is fine. The third row seat of my 2022 Sienna does not latch when put down, and moves on every bump. It's been like that since purchase in 2022. It seems like it is very common amongst the Siennas, and Toyota probably has had many complaints about it. Yet, you guys refuse to honor my complaint and say that you can't do anything because I am only 2 months put of warranty. I get it that it is 2 months, but where is the Honor in all this BS? The Japanese culture was built on Honor and Intgrity, and I expected the same with their vehicles. Yet, I am very disappointed to be treated like only a number and bottom line. $210 for an inspection of something that is known, however, the only explanation I got was that they found pens and pencils underneath that MIGHT have bent the latch. Really? I call BS. You can do better than that. It was a Lemon from the start, and that's all you got? So you can charge me $210? Like I said, my experience today was truly crappy. I waited 5 hours just to be pay for service that I shouldn't have. I am truly disgusted with it. I don't wish harm on anyone at Wondries. I just hope that you guys get the same treatment as I did anywhere you may go.

Promise time for an oil change was shown for 12pm. Not once did I receive a phone call to let know it’s ready or delayed. I had to call at 12:45pm, was on hold for a long time, and finally transferred to service dept. (wrong dept.) Hung up and went down to Wondries to check on my car at 1pm - an hour after promise time. Nelson did not offer the special price for oil change when car was dropped off. And tried to overcharge me for an oil change for $109 when the paperwork estimated $99. He tried to collect $114 plus after taxes. Showed him the online special showing $99.98 for a V8. Then, he adjusted it. Dropped car off for a 8:45am appt. And was done picking up at 1:30pm. Had to send the car back because my low tire pressure light came on after the oil change and multi check. Johnny was the actual technician who worked on my car and never double checked. Hector kindly took the car back and was honest by telling me that Johnny’s tire pressure was broken. By the time I got my car and left there it was over 5 hours for a simple oil change. This is why it has been years since I have been back to Wondries for servicing. I usually go to Longo Toyota, and there service is superb, the service technician calls you to provide you updates, and it only takes 2-3 hours. Time is precious to anyone, so please improve your services and time to complete work. I would continue to go to Wondries, but the service is really poor and slow.

I waited 6 hours and 35 minutes to change the rear brakes with an appointment at 7:15am I found it very unprofessional and personally the wait was too long plus there were long lines of cars that kept going maybe you shouldn't make so many appointments.

I’ve been taking may car to Wondries for years…and have never had a problem. Yesterday I took my car in and The passenger side door has grease hand marks. Very disappointed.
