Customer service and vehicle service was great and fast! Kanika was awesome throughout the process and provided A+ customer service! She kept me updated from start to finish and was able to accommodate the car rental for the duration of the repairs.

I am really disappointed this time.
I asked the customer service to fix my tire censor light on at the dashboard but instead of fixing the censors he did place order for multi inspection which is I have done a few days ago. Change oil and everything.
So my problem not fixed after I waited for over than 2 hours.
I waited there for nothing. Very ridiculous

What was EXCELLENT about this visit was that one of your attendants showed me how to turn off “Check rear seats.” This is something that has bugged me for the entire time I’ve owned this Sienna, almost to the point of hating the car.
