Service advisor Nelson Samson billed me for an unnecessary and overpriced service without my explicit consent, despite my vehicle being covered under Toyota Care Plus Prepaid Maintenance Program. When I contacted customer service Toyota Care Plus Prepaid Maintenance Program they informed me that the dealership's charges are not their responsibility, leaving me unable to recover the payment. I've had a good experience with their Toyota wondries sales team and finance team when purchasing my new car, but unfortunately, the service advisors haven't met my expectations.
