I've worked with Kanika sporadically ocer the last.. I don't know how many years. Gotta be at least 10 years. And Kanika is always cordial and professional. If I ever have any questions she is quick with an answer. The only problem that I had was with the couches in your service waiting area.The padding is worn down and they are extremely uncomfortable.
