I called to replace my Wheel Locks- John the Manager,
Assisted me. He exceeded expectations by seeing if the parts were in stock , assured me he could install them promptly.
On arrival he was the “pit boss” of the cars coming in for service - there weee over 10 cars inline and he directed or oversaw all the intake.
After intake, Matt Ham took over at the service desk , explained all that was involved and got the job completed in a prompt professional manner.
After my car was ordered up, the delivery driver was following safe driving protocol in the lot by using the horn and making a complete stop before proceeding to the waiting area.
The best service team ever!
