I made an appointment and it still almost took 3 hours. That seems unreasonable. The agent told me it’s typical.
And I asked for quotes on the cost for the additional work recommended. I was told I’d get a text with that amount. I didn’t. And I have the paperwork describing the work, but no pricing. That also seems unreasonable.
My family has been coming to Wonderies for decades. It doesn’t seem to matter :(
