You have a horrible system on how you check In cars. I had an appt for my oil change and the cars behind me were getting help before me and I had arrived before them. I’ve been to other Toyotas and they have one lane for appts and one lane for walk ins. It was so chaotic. Horrible. I was appalled at how the check in was.
