Rigo was the best service person I’ve dealt with yet! Great experience, he even had my car brought in so I didn’t have to go into the rain. He also brought the paperwork out to the counter instead of going to the check out desk. He was super nice and friendly, I wish I could get him as my service person every time!

Chris was great. But I asked for shuttle pick up from home at 2:05. At 5:00 I still hadn't been picked up!!! I called a couple of times and they said within the hour. I finally got a call after 5:00 and the driver was on 27th and Drexel. I told him not to bother to come anymore. Very frustrating!!! And disappointed????
