Gurpreet was a pleasure to work with! He explained everything very clearly and was a total gentleman. My last two visits have been amazing! When I came to pick ip the car after it was finished...I witnessed a very rude snd disgruntled customer. All the employees were patient and kind during his rant...I almost spoke up to tell the customer not to be so rude and to chill out, but held my tongue. Thanks for a great experience today!!

Mike never returned a phone call. He never answered our questions. We had both our RAV4 and our Corolla being serviced. Two different service people and both were rude and did not communicate. We have been going to this Toyota for 26 years and have never been treated this way. Very disappointed.

Paint, wipe down, vacuum etc not impressive at all. Looks like a low end dealership because of dirty surroundings
