The car is a new 2025 just over 2 months old and service advisor tried to ding me for $180 on an alignment, a rear alignment mind you. It was finally resolved and they did the adjustment.with the service I went in for. This is a brand new car and probably came that way from the manufacture but the pushback I received was something I’ve never experienced at the dealership before. Secondly, the cold psi in the tires were at 38, they never readjusted it to the summer cold PSI of 35, so when the tires get warm the psi runs to 40 to 41 And that was at today’s temps, High 70’s I called and talked to Dan the manager on duty after leaving about the tire pressure and after a few minutes of conversing advised him I would just have it done somewhere else, he seem to be ok that. So needless to say even though the alignment issue was resolved I was still really bummed out on how it all went down. Fred

Great service! When I came to pick up car today the gentleman who helped me could tell I was in a hurry and got me taken care of right away! He was so nice and intuitive really appreciated it! I didn't get his name unfortunately but I returned a navy blue 350 loaner and I have a white 350 he drove up for me. What a SUPER GUY!! I was there somewhere around 115 I believe. Thanks again! Jeff was great. I am still very disappointed that the replacement part was not available last week when I had my 10,000 mile service scheduled, and that I had to make a return trip because someone failed to order that part, even though I was told that it would be done at the same time.

When I checked in for my appointment, I was informed it would take about 90 minutes. My appointment was 11 am. My check in was completed about 11:15 am. I was informed by the gentleman that it would take about 90 minutes. I informed the gentleman that I had a little ding on my car and he said he will get me a quote for the repair. He later provided me a quote and told me he was going to lunch and that someone else was going to finish up with my service. At 12:49. I received my multipoint inspection with my car. I waited an additional hour and the same gentleman came out and told me that it took longer because there was an issue with the battery testing machine which caused the delay. I understand things can come up, but I would’ve appreciated being kept informed during the wait. I felt as though I was overlooked, which was very frustrating, considering the significant time difference than what was originally communicated. I tried finding someone and no one was available. My salesman was with a customer. Others were on the phone. In light of the extended time and the lack of communication, I would like to request a complementary oil change for a future visit as a gesture of Goodwill. I value your service and I would like to continue coming here, but I hope this experience can be taken into consideration.
