The service was great, but it took two-and-half hours to complete instead of the 90 minutes that was first mentioned. Even with the added wheel alignment, it seemed like we waited a very long time. We did not ask for a loaner car, so we just had to sit and wait. Fortunately, it was a lovely day, so that was a plus,
