I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle on 7/6/20 from a different Lexus dealership that has covered maintenance (including alignment) and was charged for alignment even though I asked the service rep to do the covered 20,000 mile service (which included alignment) and drop the uncovered alignment service.
The service rep was a nice guy - but I did not appreciate the deliberate omission (it is possible he forgot) to remove the extra charge.

What can I say about Jeff.. other than he provided the very best service I have had since being a Lexus customer (2nd vehicle). He offered numerous suggestions on what he saw I was doing wrong within my car such as putting to much stuff in the door pockets because eventually it would cause the springs to give way. This was just was one of many suggestions he offered. I felt that he heard me whether than just saw me. I mentioned to him at my last service that my middle tray was removed from console. He found another one and kept it until I returned for this service. Jeff, exemplified superb customer service on all levels. He is why I will continue to get my car serviced at Metro Lexus.

The part took nearly a month to get but I was given a loaner for the entire time. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that my tire sensors appear to be going bad. I was told about it a few weeks ago and I told the representative to go ahead and do it. I was reminded of the issue when I picked my car up today. I would’ve liked to have picked up my car today with all issues remedied. However, I understand that Jeff likely just forgot. All in all, his customer service is top-notch.
