I dropped off my car on Wednesday, 12/30, and he indicated to me that I needed brakes on my car and he would call me on Monday when my car was ready. I never heard back from him. I called him at 1:30 pm and left a message for him to return my call and he didn’t. I called again at 3:00 and was told by someone else that my car was ready and was actually ready in the morning for pickup. I never heard from him and this completely ruined all my plans for the day! I have never received such poor service from Metro Lexus in the 15 years I’ve been there!!
