Myself and family came all the way from Atlanta when all the lights on the dash came up (Malfunction). Took it to metro Lexus and meant with Jeffery- Awesome customer service from start to finish. After rental delivery he even texted me to make sure I didn’t need anything else and if I did I should not hesitate to reach out. Called me after my vehicle was completed, car washed from the 10 hours journey from Atlanta and everything was perfect.

One comment, the person that takes your mileage when you pull into the service center was writing down by mileage and literally just started writing on a piece of paper on my car. I had to say to him please don’t write on my car.
I should not have to tell lexus employee not to write on my cars.
That is disrespectful and could scratch my paint.

Leak and was not covered as vehicle was now
Out of warranty. So it is hard for me to believe
with 80000 miles on vehicle I have 3 red coolant
Leaks???? I have bought and have sent numerous people to buy cars from
Bosko and I feel Lexus should have stood
