Jeffrey Miller, goes beyond the customer satisfaction experience in providing the highest care and integrity to a customer.
Definitely do not see service advisors in the automotive field like this anymore. Just a suggestion he should train all incoming advisors on the flow and pace of the automobile experience you would have no issue bringing your car in for service just in the care and intellectual knowledge in Luxury class vehicles.
