Several issues w car purchased recently that warrant concern on service department’s trust worthiness/reliability - diagnosis code and verbal/written advice turned out to be incorrect (back coil repair vs. front coil code p054,etc. repeated vac light issues with recent vsc light on for short period, diagnostic code of p0015 = serious engine block problems, yet, since light remains off while continuing to drive car (as I balked at the astronomical cost of thousands of dollars), Dan asked if we just wanted to wait and see if light goes back on again? Even though head mechanic John advises if light goes on and flashes, do not drive car further as there could be serious damage to engine. Though these statements separately may seem to make sense, as the consumer, I would expect more confident, sound advice - these incidents do beg the question whether the findings and associated advice are trustworthy etc. Today an erroneous entry of odometer mileage, entered by metro Lexus service, has shown up on car fax query by the sales department - again very concerning regarding service department.

I like the transparency. I was told one of my lug nuts were improperly placed and twisted on my tire and they replaced it. Made me feel more comfortable. They did not have a loner car for me so I had to wait over an hour when I live nearby. But all ended well
