The service rep did a great job, I think. I just checked the mileage for my next service and the window sticker says I need to have my vehicle serviced at 78,900 miles. I only have 43,960 right now. I’m assuming the service rep meant 48,960 as the miles of my next scheduled service. I’m pretty sure he didn’t make and mistakes servicing my vehicle, but in the back of my mind I’m not sure. These comments are meant to insure a continued quality of service and not to get anyone in trouble.

Josh was excellent - very courteous. However dealership schedule unable to perform the washing and detailing of my car as scheduled. I cancelled the job so that I could get my car back.
Also, I had requested and hoped for an ES sedan (the model I’m currently driving) but apparently that wasn’t available so the valet brought me a full size RS SUV. I am older woman (and shrinking in height every year!) and found getting into the SUV very difficult. I almost needed a step stool to get in and out. The normal maintenance however, was completed on my car as promised.
