We dropped by the Lexus dealership unexpectedly and Dan scheduled our RX350 in for door handle replacement. I was very pleased that they could work me in since we live about 3 hours from the dealership. All the service personnel were very courteous and professional ensuring they met our needs.

Mediocre detail. I can tell they did it quickly and cut corners. Rims were not cleaned thoroughly. Lingering wax on exterior. Dirty door jams.
