Awesome service Lexus! I called & was able to get in same day. I arrived 30 minutes early expecting to wait. David took me in right away. Staff was wonderful, I came in for oil change & tire rotation, however it was a little early for oil change. It was refreshing to not be talked into a service I didn't need just yet! Its always a pleasant experience going to Metro Lexus, I honestly don't mind coming back in 2 months for oil change. They even fixed my key fob battery, which I really appreciated!

There were some difficulties with getting applicable discounts identified but in the end got it worked out.
The vehicle could have been cleaner when returned - it was hard to tell if it had even been washed prior to it being returned.
