Josh was very helpful. The car that was brought in for service used to belong to my sister and it had not be serviced in two years. He was able to tell what needed to be done. The cost was on the high side and he was able to help with that. After just buying 2 cars there in 2 months it was very much appreciated. We have bought 6 cars at Metro. Bob A and Skylar were also very helpful. I guess we’re hooked on Lexus. Very glad I didn’t buy a Benz.

Cordis Bunch is awesome! He is my FAVORITE service technician. He pays close attention to detail as he noticed that my tires were scratched as soon as I pulled up and I didn’t have to say a word. Cordis immediately looked up my account and told me when he could service my tires. Cordis treats me as if I am family. Please hire more service technicians like Cordis!!!! He ALWAYS exceeds my expectations!!!!
