I appreciate the kind and courteous nature of Greg. From the moment I drove my vehicle into the shop, the attendant greeted me kindly, and the technician keep me up-to-date on my vehicle maintenance. The only issue I’ve had so far since purchasing this vehicle 11 months ago is the sticker for the car wash, and that was addressed during this visit. I have not visited the car wash yet to know if this has been resolved.

Danny did a remarking in idethe problem with my car & taking the initiative to acknowledge this problem was related to the accident I had in August. He called metro collision & met with them to demonstrate this problem was not addressed when they were repairing the car & needed to be referred to insurance so claim could be reopened so repairs could be made. He worked with Kevin McGuire to make all this happen. Above & beyond is how he addressed the situation.
