You did not sell me a new vehicle, I bought a 2019 Lexus Rx 350 from you. For 4 years now I have gotten text and emails that should not be directed to me. You have another customer apparently named John Carpenter and I believe you have our records mixed up. I would truly appreciate you fixing this as I have requested many times in the past. Honestly I thought that Metro Lexus was a solid organization but this is really irritating and I would ask that someone please fix this mistake.
