Gabriel was the most polite service rep. He was busy with another customer and apologized for me waiting for about 15-20 mins. He explained everything and after checking me in it was very timely. I hope and will request Gabriel at my next appointment. He was and has great customer skills. One question I have which does not refer to Gabriel. I did feel that service reps should take care of customers that are first and next in line which did not happen today. I did feel some type of way. 2 customers were taken care of before me and they came after me. I did not understand that.Please share with Service Manager. Thank You
