No need to contact, when an insect can turn the inside of your car into a swamp, for the second time, time to move on. Or, I could try to get my insurance company to pick up the $4300 repair, and then an insect could do the same thing again. I think Lexus should warrant their autos can’t destroyed by an insect.

By not up-selling to my wife who doesn’t know any better. You sold her spark plug replacement that is not needed until 100k miles and you think this is acceptable. Every time we are there someone tries to up-sell us on something. Not to mention that I was called that our locking lug nut was missing on one our tires and that you wanted to sell us 4 new locking lug nuts because they only came in four and I said that you would be the only ones to misplace a lug nut because you do all of our maintenance. That pissed me off. Big time. I’m done with the dealership. You’re not out for the customers best interest. I’m convinced of that. Stop reaching out to me or give me back $500 that was taken in my last service that I feel was unwarranted.
