Joshua was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. It’s frustrating to have car issues and he was so friendly and helpful and made it a very positive experience. I sometimes go to the dealership on the east side of Cleveland but I am going to use metro Lexus more frequently because of Joshua. Unfortunately in replacing the steering mechanism, our dashboard was cracked. But what is even more concerning, no mention was made when we picked up the car today. When we pointed out the issue to Dan Booth, he took a photograph and promised to get back to us on Monday. He is aware of our distress.

I attempted to call the service department 4 times. The first time I was asked who the service tech was and I did not know because my wife got the text about what was done with our car. The woman on the line said “I am sorry I am not authorized to transfer you to service. The next call I made went to a salesman. I asked him to transfer me to the service department and give me the direct number. He transferred me and it rang and no one answered after about 2 minutes. I then called the direct number provided by the Salesman and it was a wrong number. My wife and I are looking for a new car and we did meet with a salesman the day before all this happened with the service department. We “were “ looking at a Rx350 at a total sales price of $60,000. After this experience, I am not sure I want to do business with Metro Lexus. PS : we have owned 5 Lexus vehicles and I believe we purchased 2 or 3 of them from Metro.
