Dan was great. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I was put on hold twice and left two voicemails. Neither were answered. Tried to schedule through the website and was told I would get a call to confirm. That didn’t happen. After my fifth call I finally talked to someone who scheduled the appointment.
This communication is similar what was happening with the sales department. They would email me offers and when I would respond they never followed up. There were several times I wanted to seriously look at trading in for a newer model but no response was given. I even copied the sales manager and my salesman on the response and got nothing. Eventually I just unsubscribed.
