Missed having a response to my concern over rough downshifting of transmission. When I made appt for service, I was told I would take a ride with mechanic?
Very satisfied with metro, from sales thru service, however my concern on my last two visits has been the same, less than smooth downshifting of the transmission. This 2022 rx350, only has 15000 miles on odometer.!
