We were extremely pleased from our initial call with Elena who had us take a picture of.our broken mirror so that it could be determined whether Metro could help us or not so we knew where to take our car through our interaction with Cordes who with a quick assessment that Metro could help us. We were immediately helped when we brought the car in and mirror case replaced. Cordes then showed us how to work the mirror settings to avoid future problems. After a car wash we were on our way. Excellent service!
