My wife felt dismissed when trying to ask if vibration was addressed. Car still rides rough .. vibration in steering wheel when accelerating on highway. Still does not run as smooth as it did before we brought the car in for service the first time.

The gentleman who helped me were fabulous Micah and Adam! The service was fine…… Took a little bit longer than anticipated. However, it’s the little things that make a difference and it’s these things you expect from a high end dealership…….Disappointed by the fact, the car wash was not working and by the fact that someone left my glove box completely trashed, it looked like everything had been removed and literally just shoved back in there
