People were nice. Service was reasonably fast. But I woke up today and my front tire was flat. I didn’t want any tire service going in & they insisted it was part of the deal. Now I have to make another trip to my tire shop. Glad this was my last Lexus service.

Ian did a great job. Good communication on the status of what was going on, went and got me an office chair because I can't stand long enough for check-in, and suggested a larger RX loaner even though he had to go fetch it from outside. He knew I'd have a harder time in a UX, due to its cabin size and lowness. I appreciate his awareness, thoughtfulness and professionalism. The dealership should consider putting a bench or two inside the check in area - not all of us can stand there for 10 or 15 minutes while paperwork gets worked out. Another suggestion: allow us to pre-pay for say 1/2 tank of gas instead of having to top off, which is a pain. Ian Lara though, was great.

The problem I took my car in for was not fixed. A test drive would’ve shown the Lexus service department that my original problem was not taken care of. Yet I charged and paid for something that was not done.
