Service today was good. Adam very personable and efficient. But we learned today not all was truthful when purchasing our certified Lexus a few years ago. Brakes were supposedly replaced then. They were not( stil have original brakes that will need to be replaced soon !

I asked twice to make sure the tires were filled to 35 pounds. After I left, I checked the tire pressure, and it was 30. I went to Discount Tire and had them fill all four tires.
I was very disappointed that a simple request to fill the tires was not done.
