Adam was great. I was very concerned about the oil leak on my 2022 RX 350 as the vehicle is only a little over two years old. Adam assured me that the problem would be fixed and sent me updates on the repair status.

With that said, I was not thrilled about the fact that the technician who inspected my tires during the most recent scheduled maintenance did not identify the dry rot on my tire and gave it a passing grade until I came back to inquire about it; would have been bad if I continued for another year (as I was told) and risk having a tire blow out.
