I actually told my husband this morning, if Nik stopped working at Lexus, I would more than likely, switch to Audi or Range Rover. I'm loyal to the service department. My 2nd to last apt. I didn't have Nik. I was considering selling. I'm high maintenance. Nik understands this.

I had a 130pm appt. I did get a loaner. I totally understand situations arise and work cannot be completed. I returned at 515PM. I did not call prior but figured with closing at 6 pm I would just go and wait for car. When I returned at 515 pm my car was not started. I had out of town plans for weekend but did not want to keep loaner. So I took my car and re scheduled.

I was not informed that by utilizing a loaner vehicle, my appointment time would be delayed by other customers who were willing to wait while there car was serviced. I waited 48 hours to have my vehicle’s 40k service interval completed, an oil change and some inspections. Haven’t been treated this poorly by a dealership since my Downtown Ford days.
