Maybe you can explain why Lexus developed an oil tube replacement (all metal) upgrade and then does not cover this under warranty. This was a design weakness that will destroy the engine when it fails. This repair-upgrade cost over $1000 per your service writers quote.

I had a good experience this time but a two years ago I purchased tired and received a set of bad tires. Supposedly they were force balanced but the next day driving to Florida the car had a light shake. I figured they weren’t balanced properly. Shortly after that trip I had a quadruple bypass surgery and it took a while to get car in for service. When I did they found two tire out of spec but tires were one day out of warranty. What worse is I had an appointment during the warranty period but got a call from the dealership that they had to cancel that time They made a new appointment which was one day outside warranty period. I know I didn’t bring the car in right away due to health reasons but one day over warranty!!! I made the service aware of the problem during the warranty period. That experience changed my opinion on buying another car from that dealership.
