Schedule recall appointment 10 days prior. Said it would take about four hours. At the end of the first day I drove up and was then told car was not done until tomorrow. I then called the next day at 4:15 and was told that my sensor was given to another person And had to wait another day. Additionally, on the first day I received an inspection report that required brake pads. No phone call. I had to bring it up during my phone call and order the brake pads. Only verbal contact was the last/3rd day at approximately 4:15 when I did receive a phone call from Nick. First time that I felt that I did not receive the excellent service that I’m used to. I have owned at least 8 RX SUVs since the first one came out in 98/99.
