Delay in getting our vehicle returned, didn’t check or comment on the occasional starting problem. Charged us $10.00 for gas in the loaner which never moved out of our driveway.

I was not happy about my vehicle. It was returned to me and the gas tank was on empty with the gas light on. When I returned your loaner vehicle to you with a full tank. It does state in your fine print that I would be charged $7 a gallon if I did not return the vehicle back the way I got it. Which I put $12 in gas in the loaner then had to put $32 in my vehicle. This why I’m unsatisfied with the service. Hopefully this was a slight oversight on your behalf, and your practices may be reconsidered and think higher of your customer and the services they receive.
