My car was well serviced and valet service great. I was disappointed that my car was not washed-something I expect from a luxury car dealership. I was told the car wash was not working. On another occasion when I serviced my car, the car wash was not operating either.

I was never told by the person scheduling or by the valet driver that my car would not be returned the same day. I have always had the car returned the same day and somebody should have been upfront so I knew. I had items in the car that I had to have and I would have removed if I knew. Instead I had to drive up to get it and I felt your personnel were rude and not understanding of the situation. Basically it was everyone else’s fault.
