I had my car picked up by valet assuming my car would be returned same day as I live an hour away. It came time for me to leave work and I still didn't have my cat so I had to text to see where it was. No one EVER said that it might have to stay overnight. I got a random text saying they didn't have a driver to take it back.. I had things in my car that I needed for the next day, not to mention my work key was on the fob. And when I spoke to Scott on the phone this morning all he did was make excuses instead of trying to make it right. This isn't the first time I received attitude from your service department either. When my brand new RX broke down after having it for three days, it was the same thing. From now on I'll get my car serviced at the local Toyota dealership because they run a top notch service department.

I have driven a Lexus for 20 years. My first was a 2000 RX300, and I drove it until I bought my current RX350. My service experience could have been better. I've always been offered a loaner or transportation, if the service time would be considerably longer than originally estimated. I've been given a loaner to drive home, at Nalley Lexus (my provider for 15 years) and Germain of Easton, when service time was extended. Having to wait almost 6 hours was unheard of, and I'll not allow it to happen again.
